The dragon girl everyone's talking about arrives in NTE
A close-combat 'dragon girl', a new riichi mahjong mode, and fresh skins land in Neverness to Everness.

Neverness to Everness just added the character its community wouldn't stop asking about: Shinku, a cool-headed 'dragon girl' from the Anomaly Management Bureau who fights with her bare hands at speeds the rest of Hethereau can't follow.
Her kit is built around close-range pressure. Trigger her transformation and she enters an ultra-speed state — eyes inverted, buildings become stepping stones, and a chain of dash attacks turns the whole city block into your arena. It's flashy, but the timing windows are real: this is a character that rewards practice.
The update also brings riichi mahjong to the in-game parlor, sitting alongside the existing Sichuan rules. Shinku even carries a city skill that boosts your currency gains at the table — a small touch, but exactly the kind of density that makes NTE's open world feel worth living in rather than just fighting in.
Add a batch of new skins and an extra story chapter, and this is the strongest content drop NTE has had since launch. If you've been waiting for a reason to visit Hethereau, this is it — the full open world is free on Windows PC via Steam.
